Minevra Services ("Minevra", "we", "us") designs and sells Minecraft server products, including maps, plugins and full server setups, through this website and our Discord server.
2. Information we collect
When you create an account, place an order or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, messages you send us and basic order and payment metadata. We do not store full card numbers, as payment processing is handled by our payment provider. If you join our Discord server, Discord's own privacy policy also applies to your activity there.
3. How we use it
We use your information to deliver the products you purchase, respond to support requests, send order related emails (receipts, download links, update notices) and improve our products. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
4. Data retention
We keep account and order records for as long as your account is active, or as needed to comply with legal and tax obligations. You can request deletion of your account data at any time by contacting us (see below).
5. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, reach out to us on Discord or through the request form on this site.
