1. Acceptance
By using this website or purchasing a product from Minevra Services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our products.
2. Products & licensing
Maps, plugins and server setups sold by Minevra are licensed for use on the number of servers or projects stated at checkout. They may not be resold, redistributed or relicensed to third parties unless explicitly agreed in writing. Source code and assets remain the intellectual property of Minevra Services unless a custom agreement states otherwise.
3. Payments & refunds
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout. Digital goods are generally non refundable once delivered or downloaded. If a product is broken, misrepresented or not delivered, contact us and we'll make it right through a repair, replacement or refund at our discretion.
4. Support & updates
Support and update windows may vary by product. We aim to respond to Discord messages within minutes and tickets within hours during business hours, but this is not a guaranteed service level unless stated in a separate contract.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use our products to build or operate anything illegal, to violate the Mojang and Microsoft Minecraft EULA, or to harm third parties. We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate access for abuse.
6. Liability
Our products are provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Minevra Services is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, including server downtime or data loss. Always keep your own backups.
7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
